Let's get our thinking hats on

Kia ora bloggers,
I am here again to share you this piece of work. We were learning to use De bono thinking hats to show understanding. This week we were asked to smurf this document and fill it in. As you can see here is the document. What we actually had to do was to write about our feelings about the new buildings. Our new building is called Te waka Ako ( the canoe of learning ).  Last week we had a opening ceramony on the new classrooms. The Kapa Haka group performed, and then Mr Wood came up and cut the ribbon, which means that we were afficially allowed to be in the classrooms !FOREVER!. Here are some photo's from the opening ceramony.

This is a picture of the Kapa Haka group performing.

This is also another photo of Mr Wood cutting the special ribbon.

Here is the last phot of Mrs Peterson and the new Te waka Ako sign that Ms Sands painted.

I learnt that these thinking hats had different emotions and feelings. I feel happy about having this new classroom and new furniture. The challenges that happened were just that the blue and green thinking hats were hard to answer. I think we might change the furniture around in the next couple of years. Thanks for coming and checking out my work.
See you later with more exciting work!!!!!
